South Providence Library

Facilitator: Lee-Ann Galli, Narraganset Public Library.

Sonic Pi is an open-source programming environment, where you can design new sounds with code in a live coding environment.  High school teens who are participating in the Media Smart Libraries and Providence Community Libraries internship program will learn how to code their own music and then be able to introduce this entertaining app in their digital and media literacy after school clubs for middle school students. All Media Smart Libraries cohort members are invited to join the fun!
